1. Group Items Together
If possible, gather everything you want removed in one area like your driveway or garage. This saves our team time searching through your home and gets the job done faster. Don't worry about heavy lifting—we handle that!
2. Separate What Stays
Put a sticky note or piece of tape on anything you want to keep. When we're moving quickly, clear markings prevent any mix-ups. Better yet, move keepers to a separate room entirely.
3. Clear a Path
Make sure there's a clear route from your items to our truck. Move cars out of the driveway, unlock gates, and remove any obstacles. This protects your property and speeds up the process.
4. Check for Hazardous Materials
We cannot take paint, chemicals, motor oil, propane tanks, or other hazardous materials. If you're unsure about an item, call us ahead of time at (801) 462-3781. We'll guide you on proper disposal options.
5. Be Available (or Have a Plan)
Someone over 18 should be present during the appointment, or arrange for us to access the items securely. We'll call 30 minutes before arrival to confirm.
